Been as the baby itself suffered from harm around that area it is possible to conclude he was raped. Think of the scaring that would've happened in the process of that act and the bruising and tearing. There would also be concerned for bleeding internally as the child is just an infant. I don't understand the people who say "death is teh easy way out". What dumb logic... Ok, we'll put them in jail so tehy can be raped and killed or whatever. Hmmm, ever think who is doing the rapings in the showers or the beating in the yard? OTHER INMATES. You know, people convicted of similiar, if not the same, crimes...They are criminals too... Who is to say if you put them in jail that they won't end up the rapists or murderers in prison?
