| I am really getting serious about wanting to learn to play the guitar, suggest any good sources of media to learn from since i dont want to take classes and dont have acomputer around me all the time? |

| Hal Leonard and Mel Bay make excellent beginner guitar methods
for DVDs try Andy Aledort's Guitar World guide to playing rock guitar

| Speaking of Hal Leonard, they released a DVD on how to play songs from Jimi Hendrix's - Are You Experienced album. I was wondering if anyone has this DVD... cause I'd love to get my hands on it. |
