| Ok. recently i had a bf that lived all the way on the other side of the country. we broke up because it was too hard for him since he couldnt' see me. we still like each other very very much. i just need a song (or many!)that can help me through this. i appreciate it |

| Hey, just wanted to let you know that if it is meant to be, it will be. I am currently in a long distance relationship. he lives clear accross the country from me, and i know how hard it is. not being able to hold him and hug him like we did when i was there is so hard. but i believe that if you two are meant to be together, you will be..in time. just keep your head up.

If you want it to work badly enough, then you can MAKE it work. Me and my partner live 6000 miles apart and we're still going strong after 2 years

| Try Bryan Adams "I will be right here waiting for you." My boyfriend of two years moved last year. He went to a military school and we were hoping he would come back at the beginning of this summer, but it ended up his mom made him move to Florida with her! So we are dealing with even more distance now than before and its been so hard. We talk all of the time and always e-mail back and forth. We have a lot of cheesy, corny things that we do to keep the relationship alive. Like we have dates with each other still. We talk about them just as if he were here and we plan them accordingly, and then when the night comes we take time out of our schedules to be able to sit and talk on the phone for a few hours or on the computer. Its been really nice and keeps things going. Another song that might work is our song, "Unchained Melody" :-) I miss him a lot, but if there's a will, there's a way. Just have patience with everything. It's kind of a nice feeling knowing that there are other people out there struggling with the same relationship distance problems that I have been. | you've gotta be seriously commited to a long distance relationship, otherwise (from experience) they tend to just fade away and nothing happens.
