Don't buy from pc world ever!

| Besides being pushy for their customer warrnaty their products are nearly always fault in the past 3 days I have made a total of 5 1 hour car trips to the nearest Pc World. I didn't know of their bad repuation until just today.
Wed dove there spent an hour looking for a pc a pc we wanted wasnt in stock and that the man said it had a 5 month waiting list or something on it.
We then found a nother pc 19" widescreen and everything got it home turns out after setting up the installation wouldnt work spent at least an hour on the phone trying to talk to their customer service people who we couldnt understand due to their middle eastern accents. They then told us it was faulty and that we could go in the next day. We went in they confirmed it got it replaced. Drove back home again.
Course this computer isnt compatible with our lexmark printer so we had to buy a another one. Today we took that journey again went into the store thought we'd have a better expierence this time around. Got home set it up and it's missing a cable.
Another journey (petrol isn't cheap you know) which we need to take tomorrow. Argh i'm so annoyed my mum said that she won't buy from them againa nd I don't blame her.
Has anyone else had bad expierences with pc world? |

| pcworld is a big computer superstore. it's part of a retail chain it's stores include curry's, curry's digital (dixons) comet. |
