name more famous canadian bands, I unfortunately mix them up often with American bands. Like Guess who, didn't know they were Canadian.

Several I knew was from canada. Several, as I thought, I had wrong and thought was from the US. You have many many great bands and artists in Canada.

Prözzak are funny, The guess who was one of the best bands during the 70's (My mom saw them when they were in örebro, Sweden), Sarah M makes sweet music, David Usher i recently discovered (Love the black black heart song), Alanis cd jagged a little .... is a great CD

tought choices, it is really tough...

I grew with another Canadian you forgot... Bryan Adams, many memories with his songs. And you have alot country artists which is famous in Sweden aswell such as Shania Twain.

I can't pick one, this was way to hard!!!

.. yes, MEN WITHOUT HATS , absolutely fantastic ..

but what I miss is the Canadian Band of which I think it was the best ever coming from there :

SAGA !!!!!!!!!

Songs as Wind him up, Humble stance, On the loose, albums as In transit or World apart are milestones in Music !!

The Tragically Hip and Sloan are the two great Canadian rock bands of my generation. Nickleback and Sum 41 are middle-of-the-road filler! They will never endure! Lets not jump on that particular bandwagon quite yet...

Peace!

TRAGICALLY HIP ALL THE WAY!

I'd like to know tho, Is Moist ALL canadian? I believed they are. I love their stuff more than David Usher's new stuff. its still good, but moist is hardcore kick ass. lol.

But yes. TTH Rock. Their jersey rocks too. Its a maple leaf with

The
Tragically
HiP

on it, and TTH instead of NHL on the crest... along with the most clever end. GRACE the name, and 2 the number. Perfect.

"...Armed with will and determination, And Grace, Too."

Lets see if you can Guess this one "punk_in_canada"..........

"Whats the deal with your dad? he doesn't even know my name. Didn't know he'd be back, didn't know we even met. Noone stayed to share the blame."

OR

"She used to like lavender pantsuits, and long black velvet gloves... smile cross a crowded room, the only boy she ever loved. Don't you worry, your momma is gonna make her, good."

If you can get them just reply saying so. I hope you can. They are great songs by the Hip.

PEace out.
