Sorry about the temporary shutdown. We were doing some construction and digging a tunnel to the subway in the basement and someone got careless with the C4. Levelled all 100 floors to the ground. Anyways, I called up my group of miracle worker...uh...workers, and they built it up again.

May I or one of my many part-time employees take your order?
