mp3 player problem

| Hi, the matter is that I have a mp3 player which had some song and one day I needed more space so I copied the music to my pc and when I turned on the mp3 player it said: "0.00 Free Memory" and then "No Files", so I tried to record and it said no free space. Then, I thought of copying the music back but at my pc it said "This unit has no format, would you like to format" and I said yes, but then another message showed up: "Windows couldn't format the unit" and as of that day it always says "This unit has no format"...
What could I do? Thanks |

| or read the instruction manual....?
they usually have a frequent problem index somewhere near the back, that might shed a lil light. and if its new it might still be under warranty so take it back with the receipt. |
