| i'm really stupid but i don't really know what a tab is but i'm guessing that its something like sheet music? am i right?
if i am, does anyone know where to go to get some for either delta goodrem or christina aguilera?
its embarrassing but i'm doing a talent contest dressed up as them! lol oh its going to be so funny.
but i don't know which one i should do yet. |

| TAB or tablature is a method of writing down music played on guitar, bass, or drums. Instead of using symbols like in standard musical notation, it uses ordinary text characters and numbers, making it ideal for places like the internet where anybody with any computer can link up, copy a TAB file, and read it.
You would use a tab for several reasons:
1) You want to improve your playing, and learn to play like your favorite artists
2) You want to cover a song with your band
3) You want to understand what techniques the artist is using to get their special sound
4) You just want to have something new to play on your instrument.

| Haha, i didn't know what a tab was until reading that explination either. I have a question though, I went to a tab site and saw that they had ratings...why are some of the tabs different from others when they are of the same song?? What makes some of the tabs better than others? Thanks in advance |
