simply put, what's more important to you?

that your bf/gf has a pretty face or a hot body?

Erm, I'd much prefer they have a personality I love rather than what they look like. But face or body, if I had to pick? Face ... body doesn't really bother me

Face, as its much better to have a girlfriend that has a pretty face/bad body as you can get used to a body, much harder to get used to an unpretty face/ good body.

I wanna say face... but that kinda means I don't mind fat chicks... I don't know, I mean probably body to be honest. Make-up can make a face look pretty, but it can't hide like 100 extra pounds, ya know?

I sound shallow, but the question baited me.

I would have to say body... Assuming that having a 'hot body' means that they are physically active/healthy. I dunno... knowing that they are in good shape and in a healthy condition seems more important to me than just a pretty face.

I want to say face, although personality wins above all. And interests and compatibility and such. I mean, I can handle overweight. Probably not obese because if he's obese he's probably not active, and I'm VERY active. I need someone that will go hiking and backpacking and river rafting and all that fun stuff with me. But yeah, a few extra pounds doesn't bother me. Neither does being skinny, as long as it's not tooooo skinny. I dunno. It was a shallow question on my part, not gonna lie. I guess I was mainly curious to see what the guys would say. I mean, sure, 100 extra pounds isn't healthy or attractive on anyone. But what do you consider a "fat" chick? I mean, if her stomach isn't perfectly flat, is that ok? Is 5'3'' and 120 pounds "fat"? is 5'3'' and 150?

Face...I mean, as much as a bad body could bother me, and good body is nothing without a face to accompany it.

both..

man you dont have to have a lot of either.. but you gotta have some of both.. sorry..

i mean.. im not gonna be attracted to some fat chick.. but a girl thats kinda thick, i can deal with. at the same time you cant have some girl with a monstrous face.. but she doesnt have to be the prettiest thing in the world either.

dont mean to be greedy.. but yea.
i mean, im gonna see only what I see anyway, you know?

haha.. its not like i have a blueprint for fat chicks.. like "oh shes about 160 and only 5'4, gotta stay away from that"

its not like that.. you think i can look at a girl and tell how much she weighs?
no... and i dont care to..

you know what you are attracted to and what you arent.. i dont really know how to explain that.

its kinda like you said i guess.. i dont want rolls everywhere.. but if it bounces around a little.. thats good. i mean i dont want a skinny little bone girl anyway..
its hard to explain and i keep sticking my foot in my mouth.

its all about the girl and how she carries herself.. just like it would be with a guy, i would think?
you cant make a chart for whats skinny or fat, and whats not. you just like what you like..

Wow. Lots of aggression towards overweight women in this thread.

What's wrong with a girl who's got a little meat on her bones? I much prefer having something to hold in bed.

See, Shmun, there are a lot of your opinions I respect. Admittedly, being really unhealthy isn't attractive, but carrying around a few more pounds than the typical actress is probably more healthy than actually having the body of said actress. Thank you for sticking up for us women whose waists measure more than 24 inches.

I'd say that both face and body are important to a certain extent. Although the personality is just as important. You could be the hottest man on earth, but if you were boring as hell amd had some serious self-esteem problems as well then you wouldn't be getting much action.

This is also the reason why larger ladies who are comfortable with themselves get more attention from the guys than neurotic bimbos who resemble toothpicks.

yea personality is the most but this question seems to be asking, 'Would you rather like someone who is beautiful/handsome and overweight or someone who is ugly and slim?'

I guess what makes the difference is self-esteem and personnality but of course there has to be some physical attraction too, I'm not saying that the guy has to be a top model, but I have to like what he looks like, so my answer is; a bit of both.

Face.

Good clothes can cover up a not-so-attractice body.
But if a guy is ugly... theres not much you can do.

A nice dress sense and good hair cut and face can cover up a unattractive body.

well personality over all but if i had to pick it would be the face. the body can be changed, the face can't unless u get a face lift or something

When it's phrased that way, it makes it seem a lot different...but I'd still go with good looking and overweight (slightly overweight...I mean I'd be a little nervous if he could potentially crush me in bed )
