Please evrybody feel free to talk about this subject in every possible way!

Yesterday I truly felt betrayed by the brazilian team only because I knew that they could have done much more than this.

I have one question for you:-

Did you feel that Brazil could have done better than yesterday ?

Or was France better no matter how hard Brazil was?

What I'm trying to say is that did Brazil play her best but didn't success? Or not ??

Not to mention that I cried like hell yesterday!

Brazil deserved to lose. They've been winning all the time. It's time they had a descent back to earth.

If Argentina goes out, so should Brazil.

My gun points just at Germany now.

I just don't. Some things cannot be explained.
They were my favourite SA team, something just changed.

They were no where near as good as they were in 2002. At times, they showed that they could be the best team in the world, but most of the times, they were pretty average. I mean, I like Brazil, but, they weren't at their best.

It's a shame. You'd think that having all those amazing players on a team would help them win easily...

Yeah ...But it's funny cuz I donno why they played this?

I guess that they're the ones who truly know why!

I didn't really watch them so I don't know if they were playing to their best or not, but here's my theory - yeah apparantly they have all these amazing players - but, are they working as a team? Even if every player was the best in the world at their position, if they weren't playing as a team they'd still be beaten. Soccer isn't a team sport for nothing.

But then again my theory could be completely wrong, because I didn't actually watch them.

France were having their best game in YEARS. Brazil's performance has been patchy this tournament, they've had a lot of close calls and only some inspired moments in attack have saved them. it's a shame, but that's how it goes i suppose.

France was way better than Brazil. Brazil was a shadow of what they used to be. It's the proof that BIG NAMES don't win matches.

The Fact of the matter is this, Brazil played like an average team, their superstar players were no where to be seen until the last 5 minutes and France played like a team possessed

despite the ref doing everything he could to help Brazil in the 5 minutes If you dont believe me go back and watch it again he awarded a free kick for what was easily the best dive of the tourney, didnt award France what was clearly their free kick and card Henry's substitute after only being on the field 2 minutes

In the end all the fire power in the world doesn't guantee you a win, case in point Canada's Olympic Hockey Team...on paper they were unbeatable, on he ice they were laughable

Im half Brazilian, so I wanted them to win, but they really weren't playing well this year, so I wasn't shocked to see them go so quickly.

i couldnt wait for the world cup to start cause i thought brazil would win easily... but from the begginning they werent playing well so i kinda knew they wouldnt win so they stopped being my favorite team... now i hope italy wins, i know its gonna be hard playing vs germany cause theyre locals and the referee helps them... i also hope portugal wins vs france!!! i love how simao plays!!! and cristiano ronaldo i hot, but i dont know why i think he's an ass...

does anyone think the world cup is planned? like they know who's gonna win from the beggining? because some teams get help from the referees... argentina got help when they were playing with mexico because they're more popular... omar bravo got kicked when he wasnt even close to the ball and it shouldve been a penalty... and if you watch carefully, the referees make a lot of "mistakes" and end up helping the important teams... and whats with the microphone they're using? is it suposed to be to help them out in the hard decisions, like someone else watches the play in a tv and they tell them what really happened? because i think its to make it easier to tell them something like "they need help, take one from the other team out".... hahaha i know i might be wrong, but if you watched carefully, you can see they helped the big teams.. and i think they will help germany cause they're locals and they would make more money if the local team plays the final... i think thats why france won the cup in france '98... and brazil won the '02 cause the locals sucked....

I watched the entire match. ...and I watched the England match as well.

Biggest waste of time ever. God, soccer is the most boring sport ever. I'll never see what the fuss is about and why other countries love it so much.

Brazil has the great players...but you couldn't even tell until the final 5 minutes...and yes, the refs were biased in favor of Brazil... Hey, that's how sports go. The best team doesn't always win.

and let me add that soccer players are the biggest pussies in the world. God, the England game was ridiculous to watch.
