| Arif Mardin has died last saturday at the age of 74. 
He was produser for a lot of artists :

| I was really shocked and said when I heard he's died; I didn't know he was even sick.
He was one of the most important men in Turkish art history in the last century or so in my opinion. And he was a really successful producer, 40 golden and platinum records..
He was a respectable man and I really looked up to him.
