| just have fun.. Invited ur best friends have a drink or 2 (3,4,5,6 ect..) I didn't plan anything special.. I just had all my friends over and some alcohol and we just had a fun night. But it seems as if 'sweet 16' is celabrated different form all the other birthdays in the USA.. Over here, on MTV there's also this serie that shows people who turn 16..
