20,718 posts	Well the "little dude", or Daron as some like to call him, was always singing, just not as much as now. At first I didn't like it, but his whiny little voice grew on me, and I still love SOAD.

28,885 posts	Daron is feces... I hate when he sings. Actually, I don't like him period. Daron always sang, but now it's more of a 50-50 singing duo type thing, as I heard them say during a FUSE interview, in which they were assholes.. I much prefer Serj just singing, and Daron singing briefly.

24,380 posts	I personally like his vocals. Its brings something different to the songs now. I really like both Mesmerize and Hypnotize and dont care if he keeps singing in future albums.

5,163 posts	Mezmerize was a tiny bit worse than Toxicity, but I can't stand Hypnotize, the main reason being that Daron sings so much now. And the fact about bands changing and people not liking them is bull. A lot of bands just age differently and naturally turn shitty (Unearth for instace, Genesis, Journey).

938 posts	I really like SOAD with or without Daron's vocals, but since we're on the SOAD subject, can anyone explain to me what BYOB is about, am I just stupid or does it have some hidden meaning, none of my friends get what its about either.

10,180 posts	starting from steal this album . most of their songs shifted toa political and society based spectrum The self titled and toxiicity had a few songs about politics. Although almost all of steal this album! was on a political spectrum. A few exceptions were pictures, roulette and that A-e-ia-a-o-u one
