| I cried at wrestling...
Everyone was just... there wasnt a dry eye. Everyone had so much respect for him, and they all gave their condolences to Vicky and the family...
... My heart really does go out to his family. And the wrestlers. Well, my heart goes out to everybody that got touched by him... | 0 @ 16-11-2005 20:28 Dekar | 36,119 posts
| I felt so bad for Benoit. He sobbed through his whole interview, then completely broke down and started crying full out. Not only is it heart-breaking that Eddie had to pass so suddenly, but to see how many others are heart-broken over this really makes you feel so terrible that someone so good to everyone else is gone. | 0 @ 16-11-2005 20:33 Pandora | 22,882 posts
| My dad called me and told me about wrestling on.. I guess it was monday? And he was just so upset.. and my dad is like the manly man you know.. heh the one that doesn't let things bother him but he was just so taken back by it all.. how they handled everything during the show.. and I duno I grew up watching wrestling with him.. =\ and it's all kind of personal after a while.
And it made him think of how quickly you can go.. and no one even really know just exactly what its going on.

| We get it on Tuesday evening, a day late. The way it was handled was great. The one they showed with his wife Vicky talking about the dog, and how she told Eddie "Its your dog, because it steals, just like you" because it was stealing socks and stuff. That was sad. Just because it was a glimpse into his personal life. It was so sad. | 0 @ 16-11-2005 21:11 gothicvampire42 | 226 posts

| 'Latino Heat' was the first Mexican to win the WWEs World title, and he would've won it again on SD from Batista in the triple threat, thats what the WWE Planned but then he passed away before the Tuesday Tappings, sorry, it still up sets me too talk about 'Latino Heat' like Mysterio said on Raw, I wish this was just a dream and I could wake up and he was still alive, but this isn't a dream, and I will always miss him, he was the best entertainer.

| you should watch the Kurt Angle, JBL and Daivari videos on WWE.com, they have dozens now, but i think those 3 each say something special about him rather than just the "i love you, we'll miss you" etc stuff that everyone they've interviewed has said so far. for Kurt Angle to say "he was the best when he was on" is not something to take lightly, Kurt takes "being the best" very seriously. and the other 2 as well. just.. nice. | 0 @ 17-11-2005 01:15 veenzie_cool | 2,524 posts

| i can't believe this - it's shocking.
i haven't watched wrestling in a while, but i went to see smackdown in manchester last year and me and my friends had a 'i lie i cheat i steal' poster - and eddie saw it and he waved at us.
it's so sad - i really feel for his family. he was really great at what he did and will be sorely missed.
sleep tight eddie. | 0 @ 17-11-2005 20:33 Dekar | 36,119 posts

| omg. i found out on monday and i almost cried! i hav grown up watchin wrestling with eddie as a legend and a champion in ma eyes. n'aww its so sad! i balled my eyes out when i watched raw on wednesday (raw is shown on wednesday in Australia). what John cena did at the end was a massive sign of respect and that made me cry 2! and so did smackdown when batista was in tears, and when they had that video and 'here without you' by 3 doors down was played. i dont speak a word of spanish, so i went on a translation website n i got this, so dont pay me out if it is incorrect.
Descanse en la paz Eddie Guerrero. Gracias para las memorias. nosotros le perderemos. |
