No disrespect steph but what do you mean, how can you compare, there are lots of pple who like evanescence better, and i am one of them. Btw Amy lee's voice is, umm... one word, WOW.

and oh, what's ur fav. song for within temptation? I only heard their album, the silent force, are the previous ones any better?? I love pale!! and jillian!! and see who i am, lol i like all of the album but i mostly like pale and jillian.

It just seems that Within Temptation has more talent, more exciting music, and a better singer. Oh well, that's my opinion. The Silent Force isn't the best album. It was much more pop sounding, but there were good songs and bad songs on it. Mother Earth was a great album. Some of my fav songs of theirs are Ice Queen, Our Farewell, Mother Earth, In Perfect Harmony, Aquarius, Pearls of Light, Dark Wings, Angels, and Jillian. I could probably name more... but I won't.

She's not THAT bad at singing, but there are lots better. I'll agree that she's a complete hag though She seems fake, cocky, and cares a lot about what people think of her.
