dreads: in or out?

199 posts	im thinking about starting dreads next summer. its nothing religious or cultural, i just think that if done right, they look really good. i am caucasian (sp???) and idk if that would make it wierd for me to have them...??? any opinions are appreciated. thanks!

199 posts	ok, u r entitled to your own opinion and if u think dreads r dirty i dont really care...but you need to kno the facts. ppl w/ dreads DO wash their hair. dread r clean, unless you dont take care of them. but there are a lot of ppl with straight hair who dont take care of it either. so, just do your research b4 saying stuff

22,881 posts	they make stuff to wash your hair in that removes the build up from having them. it's weird.. you can buy shampoo to lighten/darken your hair... all kinds of shite. rockon tabitha
