| I really liked 'Life of Pi' although I don't think I got the deeper meanings ot it. I did enjoy it though.
I'm reading a book at the moment called 'My Sister's Keeper' about this girl who was basically born to keep her sister who has leukaemia alive. Fascinating but upsetting stuff.
I'd recommend both of them if you want something a bit out of the ordinary. |

| I also read 'The Curious Incident.....' I absolutely loved that book. However, if there's one book that I will never forget reading, it has to be 'Lord of the Flies' by William Golding. It really got me thinking about human nature. |

| "Lord of the flies" is really good.
"Brott och straff" (swedish title, I don't know the english) by Dostojevskij ís just great and really makes you think about what's right or wrong and what is legimite (sp?).

| lord of the flies is about a bunch of kids who get stuck on an island after their plane crashed and how thye form groups and kill each other. its a very gloomy book.
i liked 'life of pi' a lot. apparently there's supposed to be symbolism in the colors of the animals, but i haven't quite figured it out yet. |

| Alright... I'll openly admit that Harry Potter actually got me thinking... is it possible that there are such things as witches and wizards and that us "muggles" are just oblivious to it? |

| The Trial of Socrates by I.F Stone... Very interesting and bring to light many things about the events that are not usually mentioned. Brings alot of the other philosophers of that day into it and disects ideas. |

| Ishmael by Something Quinn.
Wow, like wow. You'll never think the same way again. Yet it doesnt really tell you to change the way you act. Its weird.
Scott Quinn or Pat Quinn or something... look it up. It was an amazing book. |
