ya know i've had this convo with my g/f before....and porn represents everything that exists in a guys fantasy...and thats the extent of it...while i may find a 3some fun to watch on tv, i probably would find it really awkward in that situation (if i cant satisfy one woman, what makes me think i can satisfy 2?)

in the end if im watching porn, its because i'm horny beyond belief and my g/f isnt around...and to be honest i dont need it...my imagination > what they put on movies...but having a visual aid is groovy...and it wont matter in the end cause those girls are just there as a fantasy, and i know where reality lies

um, well to be honest the majority of guys do watch it, whether they have a girlfriend or not.. i think my boyfriend rarely watches the stuff [it's not something i've brought up, i don't see it a major issue to be honest..] after all, it's just about silly sl*ts getting a root anyway.. quite ridiculous to be honest lol..

Most of my ex's looked at porn.

I'm not a porn star (I know, who'd have thought?? lol). I'm not going to do all those things in the magazines/movies and guys look at porn to fulfill their fantasies so thats cool.

Now, sleeping with prostitutes to make those fantasies a reality ... hmm ...

gentleman take a poll, ask any girl who'd they'd bone if they had the chance...i bet 10 times out of 10 that a name other than yours comes up first everytime...i'll put money that says theres some celebrity boytoy (be it johnny depp, jude law, billie joe armstong, usher, justin timberlake ect) that you think is sooooooooo hot...in any essence your fantasy lies with them, within your own imagination

guys just look at some random girl who's willing to get stuffed on camera for $$...same fantasties, just played out in different ways

i cant get mad. to be honest i probably look at porn way more than he does. especially since im into all kinds of good stuff most boys arent...

Actually, I find the idea of having sex (or even a relationship) with someone based on fame or looks repulsive, and it isn't just a moral thing. I don't really know what it is, but it makes me shudder just to think about it. It's a scientifically supported idea that guys are just naturally wired to be more visually stimulated than girls. Take a look at the sitcom, "King of Queens," for example. The wife couldn't possibly be more adorable, and the husband, to me, is "cute" but not "hot" like the wife probably is to a lot of guys. He's overweight and kinda sloppy. Now when would you ever see on TV a hunk of a man with an overweight, average-ish wife? On the flip side, when on TV would you ever see a wife that puts up with a husband who is soooo mean to her? I realize this is only a TV show, but in a way, TV shows are exaggerated relfections of our society. Guys are more visually stimulated and that in itself isn't bad.

However, I am morally opposed to the pornography industry. As a woman, I know i HATE feeling objectified, and I can't imagine why these women would sell themselves in order to be objectified, it makes me sad. If I had a boyfriend, and found out that he looked at porn on any sort of a regular basis, he wouldn't have a girlfriend anymore. I know that really limits me....but I've said it before and I'll say it again: I would rather be alone than in a relationship I wasn't happy with. I think I have every right to be super picky.

Hmm...I don't really think my boyfriend is reeally into porn, he's kinda..not that type..

but I guess it wouldn't bother me tooo much if he was, just as long as he doesnt necersarrily expect me to be like his own lil porn star.

Which I know he would never ever do, just cos he's lovely like that...

Porn in general I think is quite... gross really... I don't really understand how those people can be so shameless as to just give up their dignity for some other person's cheap thrills..

Unless, they don't find it shameless, they like it... Which is hard to believe.... but, hm, *shrugs*

If my boyfriend ever watched porn on his own, then I'd start to get worried... I'm male and I have an ego. I'd start feeling like maybe I wasn't satisfying him enough. But then, my own drive would make me want to satisfy those needs of his more

If we watched it together, then that's an entirely different matter

That is completely normal, you can't take porn away from a guy. But, that doesn't mean your gonna be watching it all day, the thing is that if your checking the channels and you frind something, of course you're gonna stop there... I guess it's natural...

Anthony's right. Guys have needs, porn just helps the guy "attend" to those needs.
Porn is just fantasy, something visually stimulating so guys can...satisfy themselves lol.
I personally don't really care if my boyfriend watches porn, 'cause i know at the end of the day it's just fantasy and that he'd rather have something more special with me.

Nothing wrong with a bit or porn lol

Exactly Phil, I dont' think these girls know that their guys watching porn can be a good thing for them.. not just their boyfriends.. lol

I can tell you, the few things Gary said he got from a porn are nothing I'm going to complain about.
