226 posts	OK, bad week on RAW. I hate it that Randy Orton went heel and not only that, but to send a messege to the Undertaker, he RKO-ed Stacy Keibler . I watched the exclusive video on WWE.com and she was being carried out on a strecher and she had a neck brace on . It was really hard to watch. But anyway, you were talking about the promos for WrestleMania 21. My favorites are the John Cena and JBL in A Few Good Men (yum John Cena ), Christy and Kurt Angle in When Harry Met Sally because its hilarious and the Undertaker in Dirty Harry.

Of course, that most likely means he'll be dropped on his head and buried at WM, inevitably ending his title hunt and killing his career for the next year or two, as it did with Orton. Speaking of Orton, all signs are pointing to a win, but I still can't believe they'd end Undertaker's 12-0 thing for him. And the bastard hurt my Stacy. So Kane comes out and cleans house. He's left at the top of the ladder, and that's the last image of any wrestler in that match until WM. I can't make up my mind on who I think will win now. All I know is it's not Benoit. I'm disappointed Hassan's not part of WM. He needs a better angle though, but they have to find a way to get him out of this crappy one, which will take quite awhile. Oh, the days where someone could change character on a whim...remember Val Venus going from porn star to prude star? I forget the name of that faction... About Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle...yeah, I got nothing. I don't care to see that match anyway. Christy is way too skinny to wrestle, much less arm wrestle. She can only hope to get pounded in the boobs the whole match since that's her only cushion. And why did Snitsky get the night off? That wasn't his fault. We need Bret Hart. The Hitman will solve all our problems.

36,178 posts	Well there's been no words yet, so I'll start it up with... Matt's Wrestlemania review. Before we get this off the ground here, I just want to say that I haven't actually seen it yet. [loser]I had the TV on the pay-per-view channel and listened to it even though it was all screwed up and couldn't watch it[/loser], so I know the results. HHH vs Batista Good. Good good good. I am utterly surprised by this outcome, and I couldn't be happier. With the follow up on Raw where Batista took out Orton as well, I'm very impressed that they successfully topped a purposeful push on Batista which they didn't do (thankfully) with Orton. Batista went into WM with all the momentum of a locomotive, and rolled right out of there with the belt. Hallelujah. JBL vs John Cena wtf? They actually went ahead and ended BOTH championship title reigns in one night? Amazing. Again, I'm utterly shocked that they would actually give the fans what they want for once. I'm also tired of hearing Blahshaw and his wrestling God gimmick. I was amused when HHH and JBL met backstage and Trips still called him Bradshaw. I hope Cena comes to Smackdown on Thursday with a spinny-like belt too. Edge vs Jericho vs Kane vs Benoit vs Christian vs Benjamin Tony called it. It was going to be either Edge or Jericho and he got the good side of the coin. It wouldn't have made sense for anyone else to win it anyway, especially Kane. It would only serve as a push out of the midcard, but Edge has already been loosely linked to the title anyway so maybe this is his push to be in true contention for it. I'm still sad to not see Jericho back up there though. Give the man a Y2J title belt. Ted Dibiase made his own belt, why can't the Ayatolla of Rock and Rolla do it? The Undertaker vs Randy Orton Sadly, I got wind of a rumour at a number of sources that Orton was going to be taking a 4-6 month hiatus from wrestling so I can't say I was surprised by it, or by his "I hear my shoulder pop" excuse tonight on Raw. I'll be glad to see the Legend Killer take his legend-kill-failing butt to the sidelines for awhile. But bear in mind 'Taker, high-rise buildings don't have a 13th floor for a reason. Shawn Michaels vs Kurt Angle You're well aware that I'm not a fan of Michaels by far, but if there's two things that I will get on anyone's side for, it's when he's wrestling against a Smackdown superstar, or when he's wrestling Kurt Angle. The All-American, Olympic hero, gold-medallist, still-wearing-his-smelly-mat-wrestling-tights, head-shaved, steroid-popping saliva-spewer bugs the living hell out of me. Angle's not supposed to be able to kick out after the superkick. Let's see him climb out of the Hitman's sharpshooter. [campaign]Bring back Bret! Bring back Bret![/campaign] (try saying that ten times fast) Big Show vs Akebono The Big Show got knocked DOWN, muthafracka! Like they'd bring in the 6-time Yokozuna Grand Sumo Champion just to be fodder for a man who just fell out of the WWE title hunt. rolls eyes Trish Stratus vs Christy Hemme After noting that Trish called for a rematch the following night on Raw, they might've written this storyline a bit better by giving the crowd at WM a reason to pop for Christy by letting her win and then letting Trish take the title back tonight on Raw. I hope Lita comes back soon. Victoria and Molly are not being used to their fullest potential in the Women's division. No complaints at all that the Playboy girl gets a title shot at the drop of a hat? tsk tsk tsk Eddie Guerrerro vs Rey Mysterio There's a reason this match was booked first on WM night: it would be just as memorable if it were the main event, and people usually forget the first few matches by the end of the show. I'm sure it was packed with high-flying moves and aerials manoeuvres, but really, Rey vs Eddie being booked a week and a half before WM? Yeah, big need for that match right there. [eyeroll][/eyeroll] If they can put in a women's title match, why'd they give Paul London the Cruiserweight title on Smackdown instead of at WM? Christ, even the battle royal they threw into the pre-game show would've been better at WM than Rey-Rey and Frogger. Matt's predictions: 5/8 Mistakes (This is not a real link) - the show stopper got his show stopped - Edge had the Edge in the ladder match - Batista was the Bomb at Wrestlemania Could I be a typical WWE writer or what?

It sounds like Benjamin was not pleasing the people tonight, and Y2J is a great face so he can't turn right? RIGHT!? Good, Orton's off the show for about 6-8 months. I don't like that kid anymore anyway. Benoit needs to take a break too. And there needs to be more women's wrrestlers. Molly and Victoria, as much as I like them, can't be the only other women on the roster. And finally, I just want to echo what the crowd was saying tonight during one of the matches, specifically during Chris Masters' match. BO-RING! BO-RING! BO-RING!

22,062 posts	benjamin's shot against fozzy was funny...i disagree and think it was uncalled for...but it was damn entertaining Jericho is a superface...like Eddie Guerrero, no matter what he does, the fans will cheer him Edge's insane ranting was personally my highlight for the night...other than Davari pinning Shawn Michaels...am I the only one pissed that asked Hogan over Marty Jannety? And Masters match wasn't that bad...i think people crap on that guy too much...i never noticed the tattoo of a crucifix on his right forearm until tonight...is he still "perfection" with permanent scarring?...interesting to see who will take him up on his offer Batista = dominant...and so it should be...i like how he corrected his slip up on the mic without even flinching no Orton...super how will edge fair and am i the only one bothered that Kane won Lita and forced her into a marriage and she hated it...and now she's all gung ho for it...i think i'm going to starting hitting my friends with suprise small packages for a 3 and then telling them that their g/f have to marry me...i mean it works there right? naw over all good raw

Benjamin's a good in-ring performer, but I don't really care about his personality much because he just seems boring either way. They're boring. The entertainment part of the WWE is in the personalities in the ring too. He needs some real people in there. And I want to see someone accept his challenge who you can't really put the Masterlock on. Like Viscera. 36,178 posts	I just read up on some recent releases by the company: Matt Hardy is no longer employed (can't say I'm surprised, with the Edge/Lita thing going on). Molly Holly negociated her own release. I'm stunned. She was in a match two nights ago! Molly's a staple of the women's division, and if they're ever going to make something of it, which I wish they would, she MUST be a part of it. Jesus has been released also. Apparently his injuries have left the company with doubts that he'll ever wrestle full-time again. Good riddance, Jesus. Take Chris Nowinski, Garrison Cade, Mark Henry, Rob Conway, Rosey, Simon Dean, Steven Richards, Todd Grisham, Val Venis, Viscera, William Regal, Akio, Al Snow, Bill DeMott, Booker T, the Dudleys, Charlie Haas, Funaki, Heidenreich, Josh Mathews, Kenzo Suzuki, Mark Jindrak, Nunzio, Scotty 2 Hotty, Shannon Moore, and Spike Dudley with you. As an additional note, TedDibiase is working with the company again as an advisor. What about Virgil?

226 posts	Yeah that kiss between Kane and Lita was just.......I can't even describe it. I'll just say this: It was something that would make you go "blech." I heard that Benjamin was turning heel for the plot. But that's just what I heard; I dunno if it's true. I wonder what Benjamin's like has a heel. Sure he was a heel when he was with Charlie Haas on SmackDown but when he went to RAW and beat Triple H TWICE, everyone liked him. Now he is the InterContinental Champion and I hope that he doesn't turn heel. You were also talking about Randy Orton being out of action for the next 6 months and y'all seem pretty overjoyed about it. For me, it sucks that Randy is gonna be gone for that long and I bet about 1/2 of the time he's gonna be working out all of the kinks in his shoulder. When he comes back, he's gonna be really rusty and prolly in a lot of pain so yeah. John Cena, from what I heard, is modifying the WWE Championship Belt and is coming back with the remake tonight on SmackDown. I can't wait. JBL may be pissed off about it but Cena doesn't care; he destroyed his US title so yeah, it's payback time. Also, the Championship series continues tonight with a match between Eddie Guerreo and Kurt Angle. I wonder if Rey Mysterio is gonna screw up the match like Eddie did last week between Rey and JBL. A lot of surprises wait on SmackDown and I can't wait!

22,062 posts	I just wanted to beat Matt here for an official Raw Report Deal my synopsis as i try to recall it: Why the hell was there no ramp? the finish to the opening match was a disappointment...but i like the idea of a last man standing match between Edge and Benoit Trish and Viscera...hmm...i lost my appetite after that one and wow did the MSG crowd really stick it to Lita Smackdown gets the awesome new team of MNM...and raw gets...the Heart Throbs? and why did they a tag title shot again...from now on the Heart Throbs shall now be referred to as the Ambiguosly Gay Duo Hasan is quickly becoming my favourite person to listen to on the mic...the man is a heat magnet...people really like hating him...even if it is uncomfortable...the match was really good as well...but my lord they better not lose at backlash...or at the very least Davari better get pinned...Hassan is the man right now and michaels and hogan were in the ring way too long afterwards Masters rules...in spite of the obvious plant...the masterlock owns....only cause its definitely not your average full nelson...i finally noticed the differences tonight Shelton is a Little Bitch is officially my new favourite song (the guitarist is Rich Ward...and he was playing a Gibson Zakk Wylde Custom Camo Les Paul) good match though...though the T-Bone was hella sloppy...poor Nova...has he even won a match since he became Simon Dean? Christian is the Man...his exchance with Vinny was classic...the only downside is that despite the fact that i really want to see it...he wont beat Batista next week...maybe he is better of on SD! Say what you will...JR loves the business...that was a nasty blade job...predictable ending though tis a shame...the main event really sucked

No one likes competitive tag matches anymore. The only decent tag matches are gimmicky paired-up single matches for a purpose (eg. HBK/Hogan) and SD actually has more than 2 teams. I think.
