| MTV sucks these days! They only show music for about a total of two hours per week. All they play are stupid reality shows, Pimp My Ride, and all other sorts of crap that isn't music. I Think MTV should change its name because they barely ever show music anymore. |

| I haven't saw music on MTV for quite a while because they show it at ungodly hours of the night or early in the morning while I am sleeping. And I absolutely hate TRL, its just a show for a bunch of damn tennie boppers to watch and they only show about 30 seconds of video on there which is pretty worthless. | I hate MTV for ruining electronic music. They think Rihanna and Corrine Bailey Rae are dance music. They only play cheesy popular crap aswell. Sure, they played Röyksopp once in like 2 years. | There are other music TV options available - for those of us in the UK, there are channels like The Box which play almost only music videos, and the extremely rare other show that I've seen on it is based around music videos. ANother great thing about channels like The Box is that you can call or text in your song requests, and they'll play the video for you.
